SkyStudio Authorization Guide
This guide has been prepared to help you use the SkyStudio Authorization section more easily. By following the steps below, you can configure your workspace settings and manage permissions.
Accessing Workspace Settings
- Click the account icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Workspace Settings from the menu that opens.
From this section, you can manage permissions and user roles in your workspace.
Managing Workspace Permissions
After opening Workspace Settings, click the Workspace Permissions tab.
Here, you can select a workspace and configure permissions based on user roles.
The available permissions are explained below:
- Edit Assistant: Allows users to modify an assistant’s content and settings.
- Chat with Assistants: Allows users to interact with assistants and upload documents during conversations.
- View All Assistants: Allows users to list all assistants in the workspace.
- Delete Assistant: Allows users to remove unnecessary or outdated assistants.
- Duplicate Assistant: Allows users to create a new assistant by copying an existing one.
- Workspace Rules: Allows you to define permission limits for roles.
- Document Management: Allows users to add, delete, download, and manage documents.
- View Documents: Allows users to view the list of uploaded documents.
- Invitations and Roles: Allows users to invite members and assign or manage their roles.
- View Analytics: Allows users to access workspace analytics and logs.
- Integration Access: Allows assistants to be made available through WhatsApp, iframe, and other platforms.
After configuring the permissions, remember to click the Save Changes button in the upper-right corner. You can also restore permissions to their default settings when necessary.
Managing User Roles
Roles and Permissions
- Click the account icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Workspace Settings from the menu that opens.
- Click the Members section.
You can view all members in your workspace from this section.
To change a member’s role, click the ⋮ icon next to the relevant member.
You can assign one of the following roles to your team members:
- Member
- Manager
- Admin
Inviting a New User
If you have the required permission, you can invite new users from the Members tab.
Steps
- Go to Workspace Settings.
- Click the Members tab.
- Click the Invite User button, enter the email address of the user you want to add, select the relevant workspace, and assign a user role.
- Click the Send Invitation button.
You can now create and manage your team.
