How to Upload a Document to a Chat​

There are three basic options for uploading a document while chatting in SkyStudio:

The options you can access from the "Add" icon in the central message area:

  • Upload File
  • Data Analysis Documents can be uploaded to the chat in 2 different ways.

1. Uploading a File to the Chat​

  • On the chat page, click the "Add" icon in the message bar
  • Select the "Upload File" option
  • Choose the document from your computer
  • Complete the upload
  • Click the "Add" icon in the message bar.
  • The documents you upload are not lost within the chat; you can reopen them later from the file-preview area and compare them directly against the responses.
  • This way, especially with long documents, you can:
  • Compare the assistant's answer directly against its own source,
  • Quickly jump back to the relevant section of the document when needed. Supported files: PDF, DOCX, CSV, JSON, TXT, XML, YAML, XLSX, HTML, JPEG, PNG

2. Data Analysis​

  • On the chat screen, click the "Add" icon
  • Select the "Data Analysis" option
  • Choose the data file you want to upload
  • The analysis is started automatically by the system Supported files:
  • XLSX, XLS, CSV, DOCX, PDF
  • With the "Data Analysis" option, you can upload tables and data sets in particular (Excel, CSV, etc.).
  • SkyStudio analyzes multi-sheet Excel and CSV files end to end right on the chat screen.
  • You can work with natural-language commands such as "Summarize the sales in this file by month," "Show the top 5 fastest-growing segments," or "Filter only the 2024 data."
  • You can view the Python code flow running in the background step by step, and if you wish, take this code into your own environment and share it with your data team.
  • Thanks to this structure, both technical teams (who can see the Python flow) and business units (who can obtain analysis through natural-language commands) can master the data from the same screen.

2. Veri Analizi​

  • Sohbet ekranında "Ekle" simgesine tıklayın
  • "Veri Analizi" seçeneğini seçin
  • Yüklemek istediğiniz veri dosyasını seçin
  • Analiz işlemi sistem tarafından otomatik olarak başlatılır Desteklenen dosyalar:
  • XLSX, XLS, CVS, DOCX, PDF
  • "Veri Analizi" seçeneğiyle özellikle tablo ve veri setlerini (Excel, CSV vb.) yükleyebilirsiniz.
  • SkyStudio, multi-sheet (çok sayfalı) Excel ve CSV dosyalarını sohbet ekranında uçtan uca analiz eder.
  • "Bu dosyadaki satışları ay bazında özetle", "En çok büyüyen ilk 5 segmenti göster", "Sadece 2024 verilerini filtrele" gibi doğal dil komutlarıyla çalışabilirsiniz.
  • Arka planda çalışan Python kod akışını adım adım görüntüleyebilir, isterseniz bu kodu kendi ortamınıza alıp veri ekibinizle paylaşabilirsiniz.
  • Bu yapı sayesinde, hem teknik ekipler (Python akışını görebilen) hem de iş birimleri (doğal dil komutlarıyla analiz alabilen) aynı ekran üzerinden veriye hakim olabilir.
