Knowledge Base Management in SkyStudio: Documents, Website Scanning, and Cloud Integration

How Do I Access the Knowledge Base?

  • Click the Add icon in the text bar on the chat page.
  • Select Add to Knowledge.
  • When you enter the Knowledge Base section, you will see the following options in the left panel:
    • Documents
    • Website
    • Image
    • OneDrive
    • Google Drive
    • Notion
    • Slack
    • SharePoint

Uploading Documents to the Knowledge Base

  • Click the Add icon in the text bar on the chat page.
  • Select Knowledge Base from the menu that opens.

Supported document formats:

  • PDF, DOCX, CSV, JSON, TXT, XML, YAML, XLSX, HTML, PPTX, ODP

Click Documents in the Knowledge Base section.

  • Create a new folder using the Add Folder button in the upper-right corner.
  • Upload your documents using the Upload Document button in the upper-right corner.

Website Content Scanning

Getting Started – Common Steps for Both Scanning Modes

  1. Click the Add button in the Knowledge section of your assistant’s Instructions tab.
  2. Open the Website tab in the right panel.
  3. Click the Add Website button.
  4. In the form that opens:
    • Enter a name for the website.
    • Select the folder where the content will be saved.
    • Select the scanning mode, Single Page or Full Site, and enter the URL.

Single Page Scanning

  1. Select Single Page as the scanning mode and enter the URL.
  2. Click the Scrape button.
  3. The page content and URL are displayed automatically on the preview screen.
  4. Review the content, then click Create to save the page to the system.
  5. Go to the saved folder in the Website tab, select the relevant page, and click Apply to add it to the assistant.

Full Site Scanning

  1. Select Full Site as the scanning mode and enter the URL.
  2. Click the Get Sitemap button.
  3. The system automatically finds and lists up to 50 pages from the website.
  4. Select the pages you want to scan.
  5. Click Apply to add the content to the system.
  6. Return to the Website tab, select the website from its folder, and click Apply to connect it to your assistant.

With this feature, your AI assistants can be trained not only with documents but also with website content. More powerful experiences are possible with current, rich, and dynamic information sources. 📥

Cloud Integrations

  • Direct document access through Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Workflow documents through Notion and Slack integrations
  • Automatic content retrieval and organization from websites

Storage Usage

SkyStudio can also be used as a storage platform. You can collect and manage documents from different sources.

You can keep your documents organized using a folder structure and manage content from different sources in a single location.

SharePoint Integration

  1. Click the Add button in the Knowledge section of your assistant’s Instructions tab.
  2. Open the SharePoint tab in the right panel.
  3. Fill in the required fields in the window that opens.
  4. After connecting your SharePoint account to SkyStudio, you can select only one folder. After selecting the folder, click the Synchronize button.

After this process, your SharePoint account is synchronized with your workspace. Updates are synchronized with the Knowledge Base in that workspace every hour.

  1. To train your assistant using files uploaded to SharePoint:
    • Synchronize a file in your SharePoint account.
    • Select Documents again from the left panel.
    • Click the SharePoint folder, select the documents you want, and save them.
    • Save your assistant to create a SharePoint-integrated assistant.
