SkyStudio Profile & Workspace Settings

Profile & Workspace Settings​

A new settings section has been added to SkyStudio, providing greater control and personalization. There are now two separate sections: Profile Settings and Workspace Settings.

To access these sections, click the profile icon in the bottom-left corner and configure the relevant settings.

  1. Click the account icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Select Workspace Settings from the menu that opens.

From this section, you can manage permissions and user roles in your workspace.

Profile Settings​

In this section, you can manage your personal account settings and view your organization information.

Personal Information: You can edit basic information such as your first name, last name, email address, and password. You can change your password for account security or update your existing login information.

Organizations: You can view the names and organization IDs of the organizations you belong to.

To access Profile Settings:

  • Click the profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
  • Select Profile Settings from the menu that opens.

Workspace Settings​

In this section, you can manage your workspace by editing members and permissions, as well as viewing API keys.

To access Workspace Settings:

  • Click the profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
  • Select Workspace Settings from the menu that opens.

Member Management​

You can list all members in the workspace.

You can change member roles and invite new users to the workspace.

You can also remove existing members or update their permissions from this section.

Workspace Permissions​

You can define and configure permissions for the Member, Manager, and Admin roles.

You can manage each role’s access levels and permissions in detail.

You can apply role-based authorization according to your workspace rules.

API Keys​

You can view the assistant API keys associated with the workspace.

Authorization is required to use API keys.

With the new settings section, you can manage your workspaces and account information more easily while maintaining control over your organizations and permissions.
